Evergreen GRP Door Leafs are available in three width options which you can trim to meet your specific requirements. All leafs have the following technical specification:

  • GRP skin both sides, nominal 2mm thickness
  • Grained effect surface finish as standard, smooth option available
  • GRP skin bonded to composite sub frame
  • Injection filled rigid polyurethane core
  • HCFC thermally efficient core which is CFC free
  • GWP of less than 3
  • Nominal 44mm thickness of leaf
  • Door leaf weight 25kg (approx)
  • Specialist fire door option available
